Total Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• - Processing Time: Once you order from us, you can expect your customized costumes to be ready in 7-18 days (All customized costumes is handcrafted, and the production time depends on the complexity of the clothing. Once the clothing is completed and confirmed with photographs, it will be shipped immediately) .In-stock costumes will be shipped within 48 hours.
• - Shipping Time:  For small quantities of costumes, we use air freight. We support DHL transportation companies: DHL (usually takes 6-9 working days).
• - Shipping Fee:  Different product categories have different shipping prices.
• - Tracking Number: You will be given a tracking number for your order which will be trackable from the shipping website.
• - Tax:  The checkout price on our website is the final price, no tax.
• - Packaging: All products are packaged in a 35cm x 21cm x 27cm cardboard box(So we are using a uniform shipping fee). Clothing items are wrapped with a layer of plastic film, and the cardboard box is covered with a layer of transparent tape to prevent water damage during transportation.
